At Natalie's Rascals we pride ourselves in quality customer care, from our pet parent clients to the pets we pamper. We strive for excellent customer service and pride ourselves in our services. If for any reason we don't meet your expectations in any area of our business we'd love to hear from you! We value all the business we happily receive and would like to get the opportunity to fix an error (if any) prior to you finding a new provider. If not to retain your business, but to allow us to improve ourselves for other clients and pets. We take constructive criticism well and believe it is needed to move forward in our business goals. Feel free to contact ownership and a reply of your concerns will be addressed quickly. Example: Didn't get the haircut exactly right? Let us know and we'd be happy to explain why we may not have bee able to achieve your desired look or do a haircut adjustment at no charge.
(must be notified and scheduled within 3 days of previous service - dogs will not be re bathed, the haircut only will be adjusted - appointment required.)
