At times we are asked; why a bath is necessary if we are "just shaving a dog?" The theory of the question makes sense, why take the time to full bath and dry hair that you are just going to shave off. At times we do pre-shave (mainly dogs whom are matted, but not often. Mos t rascals receive an in depth bath with organic products hand selected to the pets skin and coat conditions and receive a hand blow dry. Both of these processes do take time, at times the prep work (bath, dry and brush out) takes more time than the actually tidy trim or groom itself. By receiving an in depth bath and blow dry this gives the dogs coat the opportunity to sit / set naturally, which results in an overall even / more finalized haircut.
