If your dog normally "needs to be sedated" for grooming

We are sorry to hear that your rascal may have had a bad experience elsewhere. We understand that there can be a variety of reasons a rascal may be fearful of the grooming process. At Natalie's Rascals we have a current veterinarian assistant and two former veterinarian assistants on staff. In addition several employees have shelter backgrounds. This added knowledge gives us an advantage when it comes to fearful rascals. We have had great success with rascals that have needed sedation at other grooming establishments. We will encourage you for your rascals first visit to allow us to pamper your pet without sedation. We understand as pet parents ourselves of potentially being reluctant to the idea as you want your pet to be safe & comfortable. Your pets safety and comfort go hand in hand as our number one priority, we treat your pet as our own. We recommend letting us try to groom your rascal without sedation, because if we can turn the bad experience into a good one than you would no longer need to sedate your loved one. What sets us apart form other grooming salons is the quality of care. We would rather take our time with a service than rush, we want to ensure your rascal has a furr-tastic and relaxing experience with us. We also utilize many calming techniques such as utilizing essential oils (see essential oil blog.)
