At Natalie's Rascals we trust that our pet parents will be honest by communicating any preexisting injuries or health issues their pets have. Whether it be a skin allergy, a limb/joint that has history of pain, hot spots, ear infections, or any medical issue your pet has please let us know. This will help us choose the products that will work best for your pets and it will also allow us to be extra careful with said areas.
We understand that some pet parents may not have the animal education we have professionally. So in the event that we notice anything preexisting on your pet(s) that wasn't mentioned upon drop off or isn't in our notes, we will be sure to contact you and communicate our findings. In the event that we think your pet has a health issue or preexisting injury that requires veterinarian care we will again communicate our findings and will give you a vet referral card with our findings upon pick up.
In the unfortunate event that we feel your pet needs immediate veterinarian care for any reason, we will not compromise our standards nor put the pet at risk and will we refuse to preform the service as requested. We hope that your pet can re visit us after he or she receives medical attention. Refusing service is not ideal, but again we go back to the pets safety and comfort being being our number one priority.
