  • Natalie
    Owner / Operator

'I have had a passion for paws since I was a child and I am a firm believer in the quote 'if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life', this is true in so many ways. Throughout my career in the animal industry, I have had the opportunity to work at several pet establishments, from animal shelters & vet offices to various pet hotels and spas. I have experienced how different establishments operate, so I learned first-hand what worked, what didn't work and what could be improved upon. For many years I saw the need for more personalized care, not only for the clients, but for their pets. With a loving support system I took a leap of faith and decided to set off on my own venture within the pet care industry. I strive to provide loving care to the animals I have been entrusted to care for. Since opening our salon in August of 2015 we have had the opportunity to meet many great clients and care for many great pets. I am honored to work alongside with such a dedicated and loving team. We look forward to continuing to grow within our communities to provide the five star services we have become known for.' - Natalie

  • Lauren
    Groomer

Lauren started her career within the animal field as a bather for a chain company in 2012, then over time was trained within the grooming field and was promoted to a pet stylist. Lauren thrived when grooming and felt that her passion for paws had led her to her ideal career. However, she too felt that pet care needed to be more personalized for each pet’s specific needs, and that care needed to be more quality VS quantity. Lauren joined the Natalie’s Rascals team of July of 2016 as a part time bather so she could focus on furthering her education.
