'I have had a passion for paws since I was a child and I am a firm believer in the quote 'if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life', this is true in so many ways. Throughout my career in the animal industry, I have had the opportunity to work at several pet establishments, from animal shelters & vet offices to various pet hotels and spas. I have experienced how different establishments operate, so I learned first-hand what worked, what didn't work and what could be improved upon. For many years I saw the need for more personalized care, not only for the clients, but for their pets. With a loving support system I took a leap of faith and decided to set off on my own venture within the pet care industry. I strive to provide loving care to the animals I have been entrusted to care for. Since opening our salon in August of 2015 we have had the opportunity to meet many great clients and care for many great pets. I am honored to work alongside with such a dedicated and loving team. We look forward to continuing to grow within our communities to provide the five star services we have become known for.' - Natalie
Natalie started working in the animal field in 2007 while working with a local pet retail establishment. That was just the start to an amazing career helping animals. She also worked for the local animal shelter, where she brought home many foster animals and dedicated her time to helping the animals in her care. She also learned about injury treatment, medication administration, disease control, and many more valuable techniques to ensure the animals needs were met. Natalie is familiar with vaccines/vaccine administration and their regulations, and is also microchip certified. In addition, Natalie has had the opportunity to work side by side with a wonderful staff at a local veterinary hospital, where she worked as a kennel aid/Veterinary Assistant. There she added additional knowledge of pet medicine and pet medical practices to her ever growing natural talent. During her training she was enrolled in a veterinary assistance program with a certified college. Since then she has excelled in the profession of pet boarding and has been entrusted to manage several pet hotels & boarding facilities locally as well as in Chicago during her husbands' military training. Her vast knowledge of the animal industry and animal care allows her to provide 'paws down' the most adequate service to your furry family members. Natalie has formed bonds with many of the animals she has worked with and fostered, as well as their owners that will stand the test of time.
